Sound Benefits Consulting ("SBC") provides consulting aand administration to employers across the United States. Sound Benefits Consulting works with employers to provide cost-effective, cutting edge retirement plans for their employees. 

 

We realize that retirement benefits are a necessary burden for an employer.  We work hard to relieve the employer of the core administrative responsibilities, so they can concentrate on what makes them money, their own business.

 

 

It's Founder
 
Richard (“Rick”) Anderson, founder, has nearly 30-years of experience working with employers providing qualified retirement plans to their employees. Rick earned a BA, majoring in mathematics and economics and a masters in business administration. He has worked in every capacity has a pension advisor; as an actuarial analyst, plan administrator, registered representative and investment advisor. He was the internal trainer for one of the Northwest’s largest independent third party administrators of qualified pension plans. He was one of the first to design and install a “new comparability” plan in 1989. (If it is that old, why are they still called “new”?)

Rick clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to single owner/employee firms.
 
 Rick also owns Sound Pension Advisors, a registered investment advisor (registered in the state of Washington). 
 
Affliate Program
 
Sound Benefits Consulting also offers CPAs an avenue to increase their revenue by offering an affliation program.  SBC will back office a pension administration work under the CPA's name.
